Gulf Coast Florida Villas is the trading name of Crank Peach Florida LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crank Peach & Co, an independent UK real estate agency owned by the partners Paul Crank and Alex Peach. Gulf Coast Florida Villas is being run from the UK but will shortly expand into new property shops in the UK and also in Bradenton, Florida. The business lists properties for rent, typically for short term vacations, in the Orlando area and on the Gulf Coast. Fully property management services will shortly be available through our Bradenton office.
