Founded in October 2005 Crank Peach Florida, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Crank Peach & Co, an independent UK estate agency owned by partner Paul Crank and Alex Peach. Trading as Gulf Coast Florida Villas, the company was formed as a vehicle to provide property management services to Florida home owners residing overseas, but principally in the UK.

Registered in the USA, we are about to launch a property shop in Bradenton, Florida and the company is now taking instructions from home owners wishing to rent out their homes and/or who simply want a professional and reliable rental and management company.

Director Paul Crank, a home owner in Florida since 2001, is only too aware through first hand experience of the varied standards of property management firms run by US companies and ex patriots and he is determined to provide a much higher standard of care than is currently available.

The property shop will also be coordinating UK enquiries and this will be the perfect place for our clients to visit, on US soil. From here we will be arranging visits to new and pre-owned properties, we shall be happy to accompany our guests and arrange finance to buy where requested. We will be assisting in the choice of furnishing packs, helping to coordinate colour schemes, pool installations, games rooms, bar be cues etc.
